CLUB COMMITTEE
The aim of the Ayr Diving Club Committee is to ensure that all members, whether they be divers, parents/carers, volunteers or coaches experience a safe and welcoming environment where the sport of diving can be enjoyed. We achieve this by ensuring that our lessons, competitions and other events are held in safe nurturing environments that encourage everyone to feel supported and appreciated for their efforts. The committee oversee the general workings of the club and make decisions that best impact the divers. Each member of the committee is dedicated to increasing the scope of diving in the West of Scotland to develop and deliver a comprehensive workforce plan to meet the demands of the programme.

To ensure club is complying with the Scottish Swimming Child Protection Policy and current legislation, and ensure that athletes and volunteers are training / competing / working within a safe environment.
Head Coach
To improve performance of athletes in a safe and positive environment, while working alongside other club staff to deliver a well organised, appropriate and effective programme.
To be the principal administrator for the Club, and ensuring the club and its members function effectively. To Ensure that the Clubs finances are organised and managed effectively.
